Plymouth Meeting, PA, December 31, 2008. Steve Bauer, founder of The Referral Academy in Erdenheim, PA, will talk to the annual January breakfast meeting of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) about Reducing Referral Anxiety.
The ASA Philadelphia Chapter, nationally recognized for its mentoring initiatives, will hold its annual January breakfast meeting at the Doubletree Guest Suites in Plymouth Meeting, PA on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 8:00 am. This year's invited speaker will be Steve Bauer, who with his wife Beth owns the marketing and promotion firm of The Three Marketeers, parent company of The Referral Academy, which helps clients develop referral relationships.
Mr. Bauer's thesis is that anxiety often blocks referrals to the best opportunities. His breakfast talk will explore some of the causes of referral anxiety and the methods that can be used to reduce it.
A graduate of Bucknell University and Villanova's MBA program, Steve Bauer's experience stems from 8 years at The CIT Group and 17 with The Three Marketeers. An active volunteer with community and professional organizations, Mr. Bauer enjoys interacting with business professionals in the classroom, as well as through coaching and consulting.
