ASA Appraisal Report Writing Seminar

San Francisco, CA, December 28, 2009. The San Francisco Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) is sponsoring a daylong seminar on Appraisal Report Writing to be held at the L'Olivier Restaurant, 465 Davis Ct, San Francisco, CA 94111-2465 on Thursday, February 19, 2009 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The seminar, which qualifies for eight hours of continuing education credit, will be conducted by Robert B. Podwalny, FASA.

The seminar, which will be useful to beginning and seasoned appraisers alike, applies to preparing appraisal reports for all forms of private property and meets the report writing requirements of the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and of the ASA. Analyzing a sample report, it will cover report format, preparation, and review, and explore common problems and their causes

A contributing author to valuation textbooks and a frequent author of articles on valuation, Robert Podwalny is a popular speaker and instructor who has taught valuation courses throughout the United States and abroad, including courses he developed for the World Bank Economic Development Program.
